 Q&A session

Bring along a project that you would like advice on how to finish for a personal discussion with Tutor.

What do you need to bring with you?

In order for you to practice the techniques above it would be beneficial, due to time constraints, for participants to bring along several already-knitted pieces as follows:

 For seaming practice:

2 knitted squares, which have been completely cast off,  approx 6” x 6”

For 3 needle bind off and shoulder shaping practice

4 knitted squares, similar size to above, but they should STILL BE ON NEEDLES

For hem / cuff practice

2  more pieces of knitting in any yarn, consisting of 50 stitches x 10 rows – again, STILL ON NEEDLES

Any yarn, any needle sizes can be used for all above, this will not matter

A project of your own if you want advice on something you are already knitting.

 Wool needle for seaming practice

Crochet Hook for seaming practice

A 'third' needle of same or one size smaller than those that still have knitting on them (for 3 needle bind off practice).
