RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Returning damaged goods
We put a lot of care into packing your orders, so they should arrive in tip-top condition. However, if they don't, don't worry. We will replace the item for you free of charge. That means you don't have to pay for the return postage costs either. Email us at email@example.com to let us know the problem and we will send you a returns label. You may also return your item for a refund, although we cannot refund original postage costs.
2. Cancelling an order and returning unwanted items
If your order arrives and you have changed your mind you can cancel the order up to 14 days after you receive the items. The original postage cost is non-refundable and you will need to pay the return postage costs. See section 3 for how to return an order. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. How to return your items
Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in writing to the address below to let us know what you are returning and why. Then pack your items up with the original delivery note stating what you are returning. Obtain and keep a proof of postage.

4. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if; a) we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, b) we cannot deliver to your area.
5. A note about colour
We, and the suppliers we use, do our utmost to make sure the colours on the images reflect the colours of the yarn and other products. However, monitors vary, and from time to time there may be a slight variation in the colours shown.
