Join us at Ripping Yarns on Sunday July 21st 11:00 - 2:00 to support the 2024 Yarndale Worldwide Creative Project!
This year’s Yarndale challenge is to knit or crochet individual yarn flowers to create a stunning Yarndale Meadow. They can be any colour, up to 10cm size and you can make a single flower or as many as you like.
As well as lots of free flower patterns available online, there are 2 free Yarndale patterns you can download:
All you need is your hook or your needles, a small amount of yarn (great for using up some left-overs) and a camping chair. Weather permitting, we will sit outside Ripping Yarns and enjoy some good company and sunshine whilst supporting Yarndale’s Creative Challenge.Tea and coffee provided.
Don’t worry if you can’t make the 21st July as Ripping Yarns is also a drop-off point for flowers so you can bring any completed flowers to the shop during the next few weeks.
