The elegant Coal collection of faux suede cases are supple yet strong. Ideal for travel, they are easy to take on the road or store away at home. Never has organization felt, and looked, so good!
All of the cases also come in an alternative colour in the Coal Collection.
Interchangeable Needle Case – this smartly sized IC needle case holds 30 pairs of needle tips, with interior flaps make sure that none of them slip out. The inside pockets are clearly labelled for needle size, while the zippered pocket, on the back, can hold more than one cable. The snap closure keeps contents secure and it folds flat for easy tuck-in to a bag, suitcase or tote.

Double Point Needle Case – This case holds 16 sets of DPNs (5 needles per size). Concisely sized, the elastic holders, and the interior needle flaps, along with the snap closure, insures everything stays in place. All pockets have size-specific labels, plus a zippered pocket on back holds accessories.

Assorted Needle Case – An assortment of 22 pockets, allows you to store everything from needles to crochet hooks to accessories. The Inside flaps hold needles and hooks intact and zippered and snapped compartments make sure that there is a secure place for everything.

We offer same day shipping on all orders using Royal Mail standard delivery. This costs £3.00 and can take 2/3 days Simply place your order by 4pm.
Orders are sent out Monday to Friday, and any orders received over the weekend or a public holiday will be sent out on the next working day.

1. Returning damaged goods
We put a lot of care into packing your orders, so they should arrive in tip-top condition. However, if they don't, don't worry. We will replace the item for you free of charge. That means you don't have to pay for the return postage costs either. Email us at info@rippingyarns.com to let us know the problem and we will send you a returns label. You may also return your item for a refund, although we cannot refund original postage costs.
2. Cancelling an order and returning unwanted items
If your order arrives and you have changed your mind you can cancel the order up to 14 days after you receive the items. The original postage cost is non-refundable and you will need to pay the return postage costs. See section 3 for how to return an order. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. How to return your items
Please contact us via email (info@rippingyarns.com) or in writing to the address below to let us know what you are returning and why. Then pack your items up with the original delivery note stating what you are returning. Obtain and keep a proof of postage.

4. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if; a) we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, b) we cannot deliver to your area.
5. A note about colour
We, and the suppliers we use, do our utmost to make sure the colours on the images reflect the colours of the yarn and other products. However, monitors vary, and from time to time there may be a slight variation in the colours shown.
